水 200-250ml、100度、抽出時間4〜5分

I am a great fan of the subtle warming top notes in brewed cacao and wanted to find the perfect tea to complement and elevate those flavours. In experimenting I found that a delicate Single Estate Darjeeling 2nd Flush black tea worked incredibly well. I blended the two and then added hints of lychee to give a touch of fruit and citrus. It is an ideal blend for either iced or hot straight tea.
